What we keep and why
In short
When you send a request we keep the details and files you send so we can quote and do the work. We don't sell or share them, apart from what a job needs (for example a class surveyor attending a test).
When you browse our site sets one first-party cookie with a random id, so we can see which pages and tools are useful and which page an enquiry came from. It holds nothing about who you are. If an analytics service such as Google Analytics is switched on, it follows its own policy and never loads for automated browsers.
Your account, if we open one for you, holds your requests, files we share with you, and your contact details. Ask us to close it at any time and we'll delete it.
