What we did
At the operator's request, a tanker's deck crane at Khor Fakkan anchorage had a full hydraulic inspection before its load test.
We checked the overall crane condition, the directional control valve, the swing reducer gearbox and motor, the cylinders, the wire rope, the control levers and limit switches, and the hoses and connections.
Onboard troubleshooting and operational checks showed every component working safely, and the crane was then load tested at its approved SWL.
