What we did
A yacht at Port Rashid needed its embarkation equipment tested: the passerelle gangway and the boarding ladder at the starboard and aft boarding areas.
Before testing, we carried out a visual inspection and technical assessment, including the gangway's hydraulic system.
Certified test weights were then placed along the passerelle to simulate real loading, the ladder was proof loaded, and we checked every movement of both under controlled conditions.
Both passed the structural and operational checks and were certified.
