What we did
A yacht at Yas Island had a deck crane directional control valve with internal wear, and two davit crane hydraulic cylinders that needed replacing.
We dismantled, inspected and cleaned the valve, fitted the replacement parts needed and reassembled it.
The two davit crane cylinders were designed and made to match the original samples and the system's requirements, then fitted on board.
Operational tests showed smooth extension and retraction under load, with no leakage.
