What we did
A concrete production plant in Jebel Ali reported that its hydraulic power unit had lost performance.
We inspected the power pack on site and found internal leakage in both directional control valves, a damaged and inaccurate oil level gauge, and contamination inside the tank.
We replaced both valves, fitted a new oil level indicator and cleaned the hydraulic tank.
The unit was back to reliable flow control with proper oil level monitoring.
