What we did
A cargo carrier at Port Khalid needed its main hydraulic systems overhauled: the deck crane, the steering system and the hatch covers.
We overhauled the hatch cover cylinder, the deck crane hydraulic motors and pumps, and the steering cylinders and directional control valves. We also traced and fixed faults in the deck crane control valve operation, and supplied and fitted new steering pumps.
Each system was tested and commissioned on board, to the satisfaction of the vessel's chief engineer.
