What we did
A yacht at Yas Marina was due its annual inspection and load test of all lifting equipment and gear.
The scope covered the rescue crane and tender crane, the aft passerelle, the boarding ladder, the access rail system on both sides, the embarkation points on both sides and all associated lifting gear.
The cranes were tested in cargo mode and in man-overboard mode, and the access rail was checked for safe personnel movement outboard and at height.
All items passed.
