What we did
A vessel's provisions crane at Hamriyah needed its luffing and knuckle cylinders overhauled.
We isolated and depressurised the system and removed both cylinders with a planned lifting arrangement.
Each cylinder was stripped and inspected. We replaced the seals, changed a piston rod, polished surfaces where needed and reassembled.
Pressure and function tests showed no leaks and smooth stroke, and the crane went back into service after refitting and commissioning.
