What we did
A telescopic boom crane with 360 degree slewing at a shipyard in Hamriyah needed its auxiliary hook and man-rider mode load tested.
We started with a visual inspection of the structure, lifting components, operating systems and safety devices.
Both modes were then proof loaded across all operating radii, and the crane performed safely in each.
